**Stand Up Paddle:** Glide gracefully atop the serene, crystal-clear waters of the Rio Formoso. Standing on your board, you'll paddle through tranquil stretches, feeling at one with nature as you navigate this pristine aquatic paradise.

**Boia Cross:** Brace yourself for an exhilarating descent! In individual inner tubes, you'll float approximately 300 meters down the river, navigating three refreshing waterfalls for an adrenaline-pumping, yet safe, ride.

**Duck:** Take control of your own inflatable kayak, designed for up to two adventurers. You'll paddle against and with the current, mastering your direction as you journey approximately 3 kilometers along the Rio Formoso, encountering three more captivating waterfalls along the way.

**Minimum age:** 5 years old.

**Please note:** This tour is not suitable for children aged 0-4, pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those who have undergone surgery within the last 3 months. Maximum weight limit: 120 kg.
